Our Post Doctoral Fellowship Program is closely aligned in both philosophy and procedure to our Doctoral Internship Program. However, the fellowship year is a significant opportunity for fellows to further develop and understand their power and responsibility as psychologists. Over the course of the year, fellows focus more on in-depth skill development in providing clinical services and the translation of the these skills to impact broader university systems. Fellows work with the Center Director to learn about counseling center administration and system issues as well as focus on one social justice issue impacting the campus. In addition, fellows supervise and mentor doctoral interns.
